Fellow charges one gross monthly salary of the hired candidate. There is no upfront fee and no minimum fee. You only pay when you hire.

Fellow uses proactive direct search and headhunting, including outreach to professionals who may not be actively applying.
What roles can Fellow recruit?
We recruit across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Customer Experience and leadership roles.
How does Fellow screen candidates?
